Some Things I tell myself to keep me sane.

Some quotes from others that I like:

Start each day by saying "It's good to be alive." Even if you don't feel it, saying it makes it more likely that you will.

Take the time to appreciate a good thing especially the little things.

The ordered mind is of paramount importance.

Trying times are not the time to stop trying.

Always be proud of what you achieve but don't dwell on the past.

Don't confuse instinct with fear.

Danger is real, fear is a choice.

All problems have a solution.

There is always another way.

Where there is Valor there is Hope.

Here are some of my own quotes:

Even the most beautiful pottery is made from mud.

If you are going to laugh at anyone...laugh at yourself.

Taking yourself too seriously is probably what's wrong with the world.

If you spend your whole life worrying about what everyone thinks about you, you won't have time to think for yourself.
